Charming Stay with Room for Improvement
The design of the room is trendy and captivating. The soundproofing left something to be desired, as we could hear our neighbors. Opt for breakfast at a local bakery for a good treat instead of the hotel's offerings!

Great and particularly good location for Paris with the tube station within 5 mins walk. An electric kettle, climate control and a personal safe in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed.

The comfort double room was charming and cozy, with the best croissants at breakfast. It felt modern yet authentically parisian, exceeding my previous experiences in the city .
the shower door didn't shut properly.

Only a 15-minute walk from the Eurostar terminal at Gare du Nord.
The sign on the hotel said 'Hotel Caravelle', so we missed it at first, although the second time round we noticed a piece of paper in the window saying 'Hotel Paradis'. The fittings and fixtures in our room were mostly old and worn out. On the first night a small mouse managed to get under the door, which woke us up.

The hotel was one big building site. Upon arrival there were 6 workers sawing and hammering. There was dust and sawdust everywhere. The staff made no apology for the state of the hotel. The stairs were incredibly dangerous with tools left lying around and the doors open straight out onto the small landings meaning that someone could be knocked down the stairs. Your website makes absolutely no mention of this at all. I would therefore like a refund.

Chic decor made my stay cozy. The room felt cramped, lacking in storage. Great location near metro stations.

The hotel and the room were clean and fairly modern. The bed was comfortable.
The room was very small and the hotel noisy during the weekend (weekdays were ok). Could have been a bit better located nearer a metro station instead of a 10min walk. For a 3* hotel I would have expected more services and at least a minibar in the room. For the price paid I would have expected breakfast to be included - a coffee cup and a croissant wasn't worth the money since there are great bakeries just around the corner where you get more value for your euros.

Scrumptious breakfast - a wide array of meals. Brand-new and well-kept room, with an electric kettle, climate control and a personal safe. Location right by brilliant bars and restaurant and local eateries and bars.
Not that friendly staff!

I adored the chic decor and the cozy atmosphere at Hotel Paradis. The location was easily accessible. It felt very cute and safe.
A bit more space in the room would help.
